Beth Mills

​Pastor and Director of Conferences and Retreats
Beth is the Pastor and Director of Conferences and Retreats for AeroNova. She has served in ministry for more than 36 years, including 20 years in an international women’s ministry for the military. During this time, Beth taught women’s studies, led children’s ministry and worship, ran the leadership curriculum development team, and served as the ministry’s president. It is now her joy to work with the AeroNova family to create a spiritual atmosphere where people can meet with God and become closer friends with Jesus; a place of peace where God speaks and transformation takes place. 

Beth loves to teach, but even more, she loves the process of discovering truth alongside spiritual family through discussion of scriptures and sharing of fresh revelation from the Holy Spirit. Some of the richest times of growth and learning are found in conversation—whether it’s in a Bible Study, at The Retreat, or while just walking along the way with one another.

Beth fosters deep relationships with others through Zoom chats, over lunch, with a cup of coffee, and on hikes along Colorado’s beautiful trails. She and her husband, Rod, have enjoyed the adventure of marriage for more than 36 years. Beth loves spending time with her grown kids and the growing tribe of grandchildren—18 and counting! Her hobbies include running, worshipping God on guitar, knitting, and gardening.​
