Beth Mills

Beth is the Pastor and Director of Conferences and Retreats for AeroNova. She has served in ministry for more than 36 years, including 20 years in an international women’s ministry for the military. During this time, Beth taught women’s studies, led children’s ministry and worship, ran the leadership curriculum development team, and served as the ministry’s president. It is now her joy to work with the AeroNova family to create a spiritual atmosphere where people can meet with God and become closer....

Sean Strong

Sean Strong has been married to his wife, Jill, for more than 37 years and has 2 grown daughters, 4 granddaughters, and they love living in Colorado.  Sean spent over 31 years in the United States Air Force and has extensive experience in leadership, mentoring and coaching. Lucy Cantrell is a Pastor for the Colorado Mission House, Director of Inner Healing, and the Director of Latin American Partnerships for AeroNova.  She has served in numerous leadership positions in military-affiliated, multi-denominational international women's ministries. Lucy has also served as a bible study teacher in Spanish and English; and as a prayer coordinator for for The Military.....

Janae Go is a  producer, designer, and strategic communications professional who has worked in the creative communications field for over ten years. She has worked with businesses, governments, schools, churches, ministries, and non-profits in film, photography, web and graphic design, marketing, and strategic communication planning.  Janae is passionate about helping people tell their stories and spread their message by creating and executing a master communication plan. Doug and Jennifer Domingos

Doug and Jennifer Domingos were part of the original, founding community of AeroNova, both in the first AeroNova Prayer Council and Colorado Springs Mission House. They served in the Colorado Springs Mission House for nearly 7 years as pastors and leaders. Jennifer was a co-founder of the Gather Conference held annually in Colorado Springs from 2016-2019.
