Sean Strong

Board Director and Senior Advisor
Sean Strong has been married to his wife, Jill, for more than 37 years and has 2 grown daughters, 4 granddaughters, and they love living in Colorado.  Sean spent over 31 years in the United States Air Force and has extensive experience in leadership, mentoring and coaching. Passionate about investing in the lives of men and women, his ministry through his career has provided much opportunity to live out his faith in occupational settings and in leadership roles. He and Jill have also led and participated in many home fellowships & spiritual communities where he says "The real growth happened"!  Today, they continue to explore opportunities to live in community with fellow believers seeking to make a difference in their workplace and the world.  Sean is currently the Men’s Ministry Director and Associate Care Pastor at Crossroads Community Church in Parker, CO.  He has a B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resources, and M.A in Adult Education and Training and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies at Denver Seminary in Denver, CO.
