Schools of spiritual leadership
Schools Of Spiritual Leadership are one or two-day intensives designed to equip, impart, and activate God’s people into thriving spiritual renewal and revival.
Our mission is to design an experience that cultivates close friends of Jesus and raises up spiritual leaders in the nations. In a School of Spiritual Leadership you will be motivated to go deeper with God than you have ever gone before. You will learn how to intentionally develop sustainable life rhythms to increase enjoyment of God, His family, and His work. You will begin to prepare for the coming moves of God that are emerging in the earth while learning how to walk with God as covenantal and spiritual families, ushering in the harvests of God's people in the nations. And you will learn to develop a lifestyle of robust, intimate prayer in the spiritual arts and disciplines.

Can ministries or churches sponsor a School of Spiritual Leadership
in a conference or retreat setting?
Absolutely! Our teams often minister at a conference or retreat with the same content, ministry, and equipping as a School of Spiritual Leadership, whether it is named a “school” or not.
What do you mean by the term spiritual leadership?
When we use the term spiritual leaders or spiritual leadership, we are not talking about organizational leadership training. It has been said that the core definition of leadership is influence. We are teaching and equipping God’s people to live a more robust & thriving relationship and walk with God; and influence (move, shape, and shake) the world around them through the overflow of that relationship. These are the people who shape history through the fruits of their relationship with God, intercession, spiritual governance and the ministry that comes from this lifestyle. They are often unseen or little-known, yet powerful movers and shakers in history.
What is the vision for the Schools of Spiritual Leadership?
We believe it is God’s desire to raise up spiritual leaders in every walk of life who are modern-day Enochs & Elijahs, Davids & Daniels, Debras & Annas, Peters and Stephens, Marys & Marthas, Pauls & Timothys; people who walk with God as the apostles and prophets walked with Him throughout history.
Who can attend the Schools of Spiritual Leadership?
The beautiful thing about this opportunity is that anyone willing to love and obey Jesus can attend and become a spiritual leader! It doesn’t take a person with a special gifting or special standing in life or certain level of education or a certain kind of job to become a powerful spiritual leader. It does not matter where you live or how much money you have. You can become a close friend of Jesus and a powerful spiritual leader where God has called you!
You mentioned the spiritual arts and disciplines. What do you consider the spiritual arts and disciplines?
We hold the traditional views of the ancient Christian Church that the spiritual arts and disciplines include but are not limited to…a lifestyle of Prayer, Worship, Serving, Simplicity, Solitude, Fasting, Meditation on Scripture, Spiritual Contemplation, Hearing God, Body Ministry, Spiritual Friendship, Silence, Sabbathing, Secrecy (Matt. 6:4, 6), Submission, Reflection, Scripture Reading, Study, and Learning.
What is the normal schedule of a School of Spiritual Leadership?
Normally, we begin in the morning around 8:30 or 9:00 with a couple of teachings and a break in the middle. After the teachings, we usually spend an hour in body ministry, prayer, impartation, and activation. We break for lunch together. The afternoon schedule usually follows a very similar pattern as the morning schedule.
What is the advantage of attending a School of Spiritual Leadership when I can listen to some of the lectures recorded on your global broadcast?
The Schools of Spiritual Leadership have a lot more interaction, questions and answers, & body ministry, along with impartation and activation. Usually, our broadcast only includes the lectures. There are many things in the kingdom of God that must be both taught and caught. The Schools of Spiritual Leadership are designed to provide the whole package of ministry with flourishing relationships that result from these spiritual family encounters with one another and God.
Is there a minimum attendance number you require to come and conduct a School of Spiritual Leadership?
No. We prayerfully seek the Lord’s counsel on where He wants us to conduct them. We have ministered to hundreds and we have ministered to a dozen.
